 About Noble Steed Transport

I created Noble Steed Transport to provide a reliable, safe, clean, and upscale transportation alternative with mature and professional drivers that truly care about presenting the best service possible. In my 20 years in the Air Force, I worked both as a medical technician in the hospital and as a wheeled vehicle operator, driving the smallest to the largest vehicles in the military fleet. The sum of these experiences has led me to fully realize the recipe for a competent and unsurpassed non-emergency medical transportation service. Every request for service is carefully planned, managed, and executed by a staff of dedicated service providers with a passion for excellence. Let Noble Steed Transport be your first stop, and we'll take care of every stop to follow!

Pricing usually falls into one of the following two categories: Hourly or Formula.  When the best method of pricing is not immediately apparent, we calculate the ride using both methods and proceed with the method which we estimate to be the cheapest for your scenario. The method of pricing must be decided when the trip is booked, with no changes to follow. There may be times when a surcharge will apply, but usually the methods below reflect either the exact rate or are very close to it. If unsure which method is best or when ready to book, simply fill out the Contact Form below!

Hourly

Hourly round-trip: Applies when client is returning to the same area where they were picked up. Examples include trips with multiple stops, errands, shopping, etc.

$100 per hour from the time of pick up to the time of drop off. 3 hour minimum.

Hourly one-way: Applies when client is getting dropped off in a different area than they were picked up. This method is most applicable to long distance trips.

$100 per hour from the time of pick up to the time of drop off, times 2 (covers our travel back). 3 hour minimum.

Formula

Usually the cheapest for a single doctor's appointment. Formula pricing is the sum of the following 2 factors:

Mileage factor- using Google Maps, enter a starting address of 28173 (the zip code we are based in) + the starting address + every additional stop + the ending address + 28173. This total mileage, multiplied by $3-4* per mile, is the first factor.

Wait Time factor- our wait time is simply $20 per 30 minutes of wait time. Examples: 25 minutes=$20, 75 minutes=$60, 119 minutes=$80, etc. This is the second factor.

The mileage + wait time factors equal the total for a formula-based ride.

The level of safety, reliability, and luxury we deliver is commensurate to a black-car service, yet the pricing is only slightly above what a ride-share service would charge for a similar ride.

*ALL pricing above reflects trips starting and ending within our standard operating hours. Trips outside of the standard hours are entirely possible but will reflect an after-hours surcharge. There may sometimes be a surcharge for holidays, busy weekends, trips involving heavy traffic, locations which put more wear and tear on the vehicles, low-mileage trips, etc.

Our hours are Mon-Sun, 7am-7pm, by appointment. Rides outside of these hours are possible, for an additional fee. Please try to book in advance, as our schedule tends to fill up quick. Fill out the form below to get a quote!
